  Ensure the safe is secured in its original packaging and bolted to the shipping pallet to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Logistics

  Our specialized heavy-item freight partners will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for the curbside pickup of your return.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once the safe arrives at our facility and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
